Kylie is an experienced fitness professional, teacher, artist, dancer, and choreographer with 20 years experience in the fitness industry, and 25 years of experience in both dance and martial arts. Kylie brings a unique perspective and philosophy to her teaching methods, infusing traditional and alternative movement practices, somatic principles and energy medicine techniques into her classes and training sessions. Kylie employs a holistic and intuitive approach to exercise, believing that exercise should invigorate and energise the mind and body, not leave it feeling depleted. |
