$125 for a single Zoom class and recordings, plus the online library. 
UNLIMITED DANCE CLASSES FOR A TERM
$200 Unlimited Access to all Zoom dance classes and recordings, plus the online library.

Private Zoom and In Studio Sessions

Astarte Mind & Body Studio will be offering limited one on one and live options to individual clients and group of up to 4 people for 2022 at the following rates. 
​
​One on One Personal Training Sessions: Live $40 per 30 minutes, via Zoom $35 per 30 minutes.
​Small Group Sessions: Live in studio $80 per hour, via Zoom $75 per hour.

Class Information and Descriptions

Our principle philosophy is focused on the integration of the mind and body, and delivering safe and effective, mindful movement based exercises and classes for all ages and levels of experience.
All of our classes work on a multi-level format, allowing modifications and progressions for each exercise sequence within our programs. 

Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and to their own level of ability, while maintaining the integrity and focus of each movement.

PILATES FUSION
A mat work based class combining traditional Pilates exercises with functional movement, stretching, and strengthening, with a focus on core and pelvic floor health. Pilates props are also incorporated to provide variety and new challenges. Substitutes for traditional props are provided for participants who may not have them at home.

BARRE FLOW
This class focuses on mobility and fluid movement, incorporating ballet barre based leg work and and strength based movements, with gentle exercise, breathing and deep stretching. Barre Flow works on a progressive 5 week format, allowing participants to sink more deeply into the program and the movements each week.

ELEMENTAL BARRE
Elemental barre is a medium paced class incorporating the elements of air, water, earth, and fire through a full body workout. Each class includes breath and balance work, fluid mobility focused movements, grounded floor work, and some higher intensity exercises to fire up the body and challenge muscular endurance. Elemental barre works on a progressive 5 week format, providing participants with an option to increase the intensity each week as the movements become more familiar. Props such as weights, blocks, and bands are integrated to provide variety and different levels of challenge.
 

RELAXERCISE
Slow down and reconnect with your body. Relaxercise combines somatic based exercises and principles with gentle Pilates and Yoga based movements, breathing exercises, myofascial release techniques and energy medicine, to calm the sympathetic nervous system, improve flexibility, enhance joint mobility, and release areas of resistance that can result in pain. We also integrate myofascial release props such as foam rollers and spiky balls, and Pilates balls or cushions.
 
MIND BODY EXPRESS
A 25-30 minute full body class focusing on a different exercise modality, key area, or principle each week. Classes may integrate gentle cardio, mobility based work, balance challenges, weights work, or a specific body focus. 

STRETCH AND RELAX
A 25-30 minute class focusing on different methods of stretching, followed by relaxation. Great to start your day or to finish a workout.
