PERSONALISED ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS
Online or Virtual Personal Training programs can now be delivered via my Astarte Mind & Body You Tube channel or Zoom for all clients who cannot access the studio during this time, or for anyone who wants a more personalised program for home fitness, or conditioning.
Personalised sessions are filmed and uploaded as Unlisted clips on You Tube, and clients are provided with the session link, as well as a full written program to follow at home or in their own time.
My personalised clips are filmed specifically for you and your body, with your personal needs and requirements in mind. They are titled with your name, and are not shared with any other clients
Unlisted personalised clips will be made available to access for a period of 3 months. By this time you should be confident to continue via memory or by utilising the written program for reference.
There are three types of Personalised Online Training Sessions available.
LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS $35
A live online, face to face session in the comfort of your own home. This allows me to see you and make corrections or suggestions, as well as holding you accountable for your exercise.
DEMONSTRATION BASED $35
Includes Demonstration clip and written program
Clients are provided with a clip that demonstrates how to perform each of the exercises in their program, with specific points to watch for according to your personal needs. They can then utilise the written program to do the exercises in their own time.
This package allows for modifications of the program, such as including increasing repetitions, or extending stretching time.
PRIVATE CLASS BASED $45
Includes full filmed 30 minute exercise session plus written program
Clients are provided with a full 30 minute session filmed in real time so you can follow along on your phone, device or TV.
This package is suitable for people who are newer to exercise, who prefer guided based exercise, or need additional support with postural and safety tips as they go.
