KYLIE MORRISON: OWNER/DIRECTOR
Personal Trainer, Pilates, Barre, Belly Dance, Relaxercise & Core Kickboxing Instructor.

Kylie is a registered Level 3 Fitness Australia qualified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise instructor and Older Adults Trainer with over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry.
With certifications in Mat work Pilates and Barre, and over 22 years experience in martial arts and Middle Eastern Dance, Kylie fuses Eastern philosophy with Western practices to provide safe, functional and effective programs for her clients and students.
Kylie has taught dance and fitness workshops across Australia as well as delivering health and movement related seminars at corporate events and expos across the Illawarra.
With a Bachelor of Art Education from UNSW, Kylie is also the principal facilitator of our art workshops and creative programs at the studio.

Michelle is a qualified exercise Physiologist, certified Personal Trainer and the owner of Shellharbour City Pilates.
Michelle has over 20 years industry experience and specialises in clinical style Pilates and Specialised Personal Training programs, including rehabilitation, pelvic floor health, and pre-and post natal exercise. With a wealth of experience in working primarily with women, Michelle has presented Pelvic Floor health seminars at venues across the Shellharbour region. She has also been an active member of her local surf club for over 20 years. |
Lauran began her belly dance journey through Astarte Studio in 2009.
Lauran has trained in traditional Middle Eastern Belly Dance, Tribal belly dance (ATS and fusion), theatrical styles and prop integration. Lauran began performing with Astarte Studio in 2010 and has been a key performer in both community and professional performances for the last 8 years. With a Diploma in Education and leadership skills acquired through martial arts, Lauran is a patient teacher with skills to bring out the best in every individual. |

Tracy became a regular member of Astarte Studio in 2008 via Pilates classes and finally took the plunge and joined our beginners bellydancing classes and Tribal bellydance classes in 2012.
Tracy brings a beautiful and friendly presence to the studio and stage, performing in a range of community events in Oriental, Tribal and Fusion styles. Tracy is also a regular volunteer at community and charity events through her work in the The Disability Trust. "I've loved & felt the benefits of regular Dance, Pilates, Yoga practice over the years for my overall physical and emotional well-being. Meeting such inspirational women along the way has been wonderful, with many friendships formed along the way." |
Julie joined Astarte Studio belly dance classes in 2011, beginning with Oriental style bellydance and then adding Tribal (ATS) to her repertoire.
Julie has been a regular participant in our concerts and community events as well as assisting with our Dance Magic Children's Parties. With a Graduate Diploma in Education and Master in Education (Special Education), Julie brings a strong teaching background and skill set to her classes, and is continuing her own professional development through workshops with master teachers. |

Ellie began her bellydance journey through Kylie's classes at Fernwood Women's Health Club, Shellharbour in 2014, and joined Astarte Studio in 2015.
In only a few short years Ellie's dedication, focus, style and natural grace has seen her join our advanced performance troupes in Oriental style, as well as our olde world fusion performance troupe, the Steampunk Vagabonds. With a PhD in Psychology from UOW, Ellie is committed to mental health, and in providing a safe and nurturing environment for her students and clients to thrive in. Ellie is a caring, empathetic, and natural leader, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our teaching team at the studio. |
Pina began her bellydance journey through attending classes with Kylie at Genesis in 2012, and joined Astarte Studio in 2013.
Pina has been an active participant in all genres of bellydance at the studio, and has performed as both a troupe member and soloist at our major events. With a love of choreography and music, Pina has taken on a leadership role within our classes and studio projects, being a team leader for student group choreographies, and a strong performer on the stage. |
