Our wellness workshop program runs intermittently throughout the year, specialising in a range of mind body focused topics.
Join Ness the Naturopath for workshops on reflexology, essential oils, and flower essences, or Fiona for all things nutrition and herbal medicine.
Our Personal Trainers Kylie, Michelle and Tamara present a range of workshops throughout the year on women's health, pelvic floor health, posture and performance, and stretching and relaxation techniques.
Kylie is an experienced dancer, teacher and workshop presenter, presenting bellydance and fusion workshops at festivals and events around Australia.
Our specialty dance workshop program runs on Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings intermittently throughout the year, with opportunities for dancers to further their skills and knowledge in areas of specialty or learn new choreographies for performance.
Astarte Studio Belly Dance & Fusion also hosts guest teachers to provide workshops in areas of specialty, having hosted Keti Sharif (AUS), Hilde Cannoodt (UK), Paola Sophia Blanton (USA) and Ana Otero (AUS).
